Introduction: The Systemic Immune-inflammation Index (SII) is a simple, non-invasive, and low-cost parameter that has been studied to predict ulcerative colitis (UC). However, the result remains inconclusive. Therefore, this study aimed confirm utilization of SII in UC. Methods: A systematic search was conducted. inclusion criteria were articles investigated relationship between UC reported specific cut-off value, sensitivity, specificity, area under curve (AUC). odds ratio (OR) mean difference (MD) using 95 % confidence interval (CI) used.
